Getting started

If you are starting a new firm or you are just new to SimplyBiz, we have developed a number of packages to help you get established quickly. We can also help with the compliance approval process for your stationery. Our Start-up package costs £300* and includes the design of your stationery, with a supply of printed copies and a personalised PDF version of the template client proposition brochure.

Our Design package costs £550* and includes a dedicated day of design or copywriting resource to develop your stationery and your Client proposition brochure, a printed supply of stationery, the creation of a bespoke panel to personalise any publications you order from us) plus four issues of one of our quarterly newsletters.

If you want a more bespoke approach, or you need us to design your logo for you, we’ll arrange a call to discuss your requirements and provide you with a detailed quote.

Keeping in touch with clients

The publications and articles that form part of MyCommunications, MyWebsite Plus and MyWebsite Pro are perfect for keeping in touch with clients. You can send emails to clients using TOMD’s email facility to send them the publications or to link to the articles on your website.

TOMD also provides other means of keeping in touch. Sending printed copies of newsletters and magazines, or bespoke flyers or leaflets to clients is increasingly popular with advisory firms. Our mailing service enables you to pass the whole job to us, from creation of the materials through to delivery to your clients.

Another way to keep in touch is our Greetings card range. We offer a choice of 10 Greetings cards. All cards can be personalised with your own message, contact details and company logo. You can order a minimum of just 50. As an example, the cost for 100 cards, including envelopes and delivery to you, is £96*.

Making the most of social media

An increasing number of firms are using social media to keep in touch with clients and to promote their services. We provide pre-written, pre-approved posts as part of MyCommunications and which can be bolted on to a MyWebsite. However, a more bespoke approach also helps to raise your profile. TOMD provides a managed social media service which includes writing bespoke posts and managing your social media accounts for you.
